Product Warranties
All products available on Stallion Battery are 100% authentic and come with warranties as specified in the individual product details. The warranty terms and conditions are defined by the respective manufacturers such as Exide, Amaron, Microtek, Luminous, Powerzone, Livguard, SF Sonic, Tata Green, Okaya, MtekPower, and others. The manufacturer holds sole responsibility for honoring any commitments or claims related to the warranty, and their decision on any warranty matter will be final and binding on the customer.
In the automotive battery after-market, if a customer chooses a battery variant or size different from the original equipment (OE) recommendation for their vehicle, this choice is entirely at the customer’s discretion. Stallion Battery will not be liable for any warranty rejection by the manufacturer due to such deviation. Customers are strongly advised to use only the standard battery fitment as specified in the manufacturer’s manual for their vehicle model.
For commercial vehicles, manufacturers generally provide batteries with a 12-month warranty only.
Two-wheeler batteries come with a walk-in warranty exclusively.
Some brands—Tata Green, Livguard, AC Delco, and Powerzone—also offer walk-in warranty only for car batteries.
Pro-rata Warranty: This warranty covers partial replacement costs if the battery fails before the end of its warranty period. The replacement cost depends on the time elapsed from the date of purchase to the date of complaint. The longer the usage, the lower the compensation.
Important Note: Warranty claims will not be accepted without the original invoice and warranty card. If a physical warranty card is not provided by the manufacturer, customers should register the battery’s serial number on the manufacturer’s website for warranty validation. However, retaining the original invoice is still mandatory for processing any warranty claim.
How to Claim Warranty During the Valid Warranty Period
Ensure you have the original bill and warranty card.
The warranty card is essential. If it’s lost, the manufacturer reserves the right to reject your claim.
Call the customer care number of the product’s manufacturer and provide the required details regarding your issue.
The manufacturer’s service team will arrange an inspection and issue a service report after evaluating the problem. If on-site service is unavailable, they will direct you to the nearest authorized service center or dealer. This may involve a service charge.
Keep both original documents ready—you may be required to hand over copies to the service personnel.
Walk-in warranty service is free of charge. However, if the customer prefers doorstep service, it is available at a flat fee of Rs. 250 per visit, provided directly by our merchants.
